Service and contact
SVGA DIY is browser-based software for editing and previewing SVGA animations. Contact SVGA DIY Team at support@svga.diy for account, billing or service questions. These terms apply when you use the service.
Free and Pro
Basic editing, standard export, video import, sweep, glow and cross-player preview are free. Pro adds displacement effect editing and export. Displacement is currently available to signed-in users during a limited free period. We will announce changes to this period before paid access begins. A free account will not be charged automatically.
Subscriptions and delivery
Pro costs USD 9 per month or USD 69 per year. Both plans provide the same displacement features for one individual account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled. Applicable taxes and the final total appear at checkout. Creem is the Merchant of Record for purchases processed through Creem. Access is delivered digitally to the account used to start checkout after payment is confirmed. If access does not appear, refresh the billing page or contact support.
Cancellation
Use Manage subscription & billing in your account to open the Creem Customer Portal and cancel renewal. Normal cancellation keeps access through the end of the paid period. Refunds, payment disputes or service suspension for misuse may end the affected access earlier. Cancellation alone does not create a refund. Already downloaded files remain on your device.
Refund policy
For your first Pro purchase, contact support@svga.diy within 7 calendar days of payment to request a refund. Include the purchase email and order ID, but never send card details or passwords. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable; duplicate charges and service failures are reviewed separately. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. Refunded access may be revoked. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
Your content and permitted use
You retain rights in the content you bring to the editor. Only use files you own or are authorized to use, and comply with applicable law and third-party rights. Permission to use this tool does not grant rights in third-party artwork. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with the service or use it for unlawful activity. Keep your sign-in credentials private.
Local files and availability
Editing and export run in your browser. Keep your own copies of source and exported files; local recovery is not a cloud backup. Browser compatibility, device memory and source-file features can affect results. Check exported files in the target player before delivery. We may maintain or update the service and do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Changes and support
Material changes to paid plans or these terms will be communicated before they take effect for you. If a material service problem prevents use, contact support so we can investigate and consider an appropriate remedy. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Your mandatory statutory rights are preserved.
